Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any Exposensia product, website, or mobile application. By purchasing a product or downloading the Exposensia app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Exposensia LLC ("Exposensia", "we", "our") sells environmental sensor hardware including the Tempest 100, Tempest 200, and Yotta product lines. All hardware purchases are subject to the terms at the time of sale, including the limited warranty described in your product documentation.
Sensors are designed for environmental monitoring in commercial and industrial settings. They are not certified for life-safety, medical-device, or regulatory-compliance purposes unless explicitly stated in the product documentation for that model.
The Exposensia mobile app ("App") is provided for use with Exposensia sensors on iOS and Android devices. Subject to these Terms, Exposensia grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal or internal business purposes.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. All sensor data and readings remain on your device. Exposensia does not collect or have access to the data you capture using the App.
Sensor readings are provided for informational purposes. While Exposensia designs its sensors to the specifications stated in the product documentation, environmental measurements may be affected by factors outside our control including sensor placement, interference, and device calibration drift over time. You are responsible for validating measurements for any application where accuracy is critical.
All content on the Exposensia website and in the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Exposensia LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPOSENSIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPOSENSIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY EXPOSENSIA PRODUCT OR THE APP, EVEN IF EXPOSENSIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL EXPOSENSIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at this URL with a new effective date. Your continued use of Exposensia products or the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
