30-Day Field Trial

At Exposensia, we build instruments for the permanent record. We believe that if a tool doesn’t meet your technical requirements or environment-specific needs, you shouldn’t be forced to keep it. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to evaluate the hardware.

Our Circular Commitment
We engineer our sensors for long-term deployment, not the landfill. Because our devices are designed for a 10-year lifecycle, we technically audit, refurbish, and re-certify returned units for secondary use. This allows us to offer a flexible return policy while maintaining our commitment to hardware sustainability.

How to Initiate a Return
If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us at info@exposensia.com to start the process.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and verify the return package, a full refund will be credited to your original form of payment.

  • Note: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Hardware Integrity Guarantee

If your Exposensia product fails to perform due to a defect in materials or workmanship, you are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of receipt.

This warranty covers the core sensing functionality and internal electronics. It does not cover:

  • Significant physical damage (cracked housings or intentional tampering).

  • Cosmetic wear and tear from outdoor deployment.

  • Damage resulting from use outside of specified operating parameters.

If you believe your product is defective, contact info@exposensia.com. We will troubleshoot the issue with you or arrange for a replacement to ensure your data collection remains uninterrupted.
